    Position Summary

Georgia Spa Company is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Valet Technician to provide professional hot tub and swim spa cleaning, water care, routine maintenance, and inspection services at customer homes.

The Valet Technician is responsible for maintaining customers' hot tubs and swim spas so they remain clean, properly balanced, safe, and ready to enjoy. This includes testing and balancing water chemistry, cleaning spas and components, inspecting equipment for potential concerns, replacing routine maintenance items, recommending needed products, and communicating professionally with customers.

Because many Valet customers receive recurring service, the Valet Technician plays an important role in developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Customers should feel confident that their spa is being cared for by a knowledgeable professional who notices the details and takes ownership of their experience.

Valet Technicians work independently for much of the day and travel between customer homes in a company-provided vehicle. This position requires strong accountability, time management, attention to detail, customer service, and personal responsibility.

The goal of every Valet visit is simple: leave the customer's spa cleaner, properly balanced, professionally maintained, and ready for them to enjoy.

    Valet Service Responsibilities

    • Perform scheduled recurring and one-time Valet services at customer homes.

    • Drain and refill hot tubs and swim spas when required.

    • Thoroughly clean the interior of hot tubs and swim spas.

    • Vacuum debris from spas.

    • Inspect the overall condition of the hot tub or swim spa.

    • Identify visible leaks, damaged components, worn parts, or other potential concerns.

    • Complete all services according to Georgia Spa Company standards.

    • Leave the customer's spa area clean and organized after service.

    • Ensure gates, covers, and other customer property are returned to their proper condition before leaving.

    Water Care Responsibilities

Valet Technicians are expected to develop a strong working knowledge of hot tub and swim spa water chemistry.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Test water during each applicable Valet appointment.
