What you will do

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, the clean line, and plant machinery to sustain peak reliability.
• Diagnose and repair vacuum systems confidently, including safe work with high‑voltage components.
• Document notifications, service histories, and technical drawings; update and reference blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Triaged repairs to minimize downtime while planning long‑term reliability improvements.
• Track uptime and performance metrics; implement strategies that cut breakdowns and elevate throughput.
• Partner with managers and process engineers to resolve line interruptions, inconsistent process outcomes, and equipment issues.
• Uphold a safe, orderly, and efficient workspace through 5S practices.
• Take on additional responsibilities as production needs evolve.

What you bring

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
• Trade/technical certification or engineering education preferred; high school diploma/GED required
• Background with vacuum technology; training available if you are eager to learn
• Strength in failure analysis, root cause isolation, and effective repair execution
• Robust electrical skill set and familiarity with control systems and PLCs
• Self‑starter who can work independently, drive projects, and meet deadlines
• Clear verbal and written communication with peers, leadership, and suppliers
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
• Ability to travel occasionally to other U.S. centers and internationally
