Vacation Rental Turnover Cleaner, Portland

Simply VRM manages short-term rental homes all over Portland, and we're growing our cleaning team. You'll get homes guest-ready between checkout and check-in: cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, making beds with fresh linens, restocking supplies, and reporting anything that needs attention through our app.

• $20/hr as a W-2 employee with paid time, tracked in our time app
• $100 Sunday bonus once you work your first 4 Sunday shifts
• $5 for every 5-star cleanliness review on homes you clean (pilot program)
• Daytime shifts that end by 5 PM. Sundays are required; choose your other days
• Full-time or part-time, with paid drive time between homes
• Training provided. Cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred, especially vacation rentals
• Requirements: reliable transportation, a smartphone, eligibility to work in the US, ability to lift about 30 lbs

Bonus details

• Sunday bonus: $100, paid on the next paycheck after you complete your first 4 scheduled Sunday shifts within 60 days of your start date.
• 5-star review bonus (pilot): $5 when a guest rates cleanliness 5/5 on a stay you turned over. If a crew cleans together, the $5 is split. Paid monthly in arrears; you must be an active employee when it's paid out. Asking or pressuring guests for reviews forfeits the bonus. Simply VRM may change or end the pilot at any time.
