Vacation Planning Specialist - Remote

Do you enjoy researching destinations, comparing vacation options, and helping others turn ideas into memorable trips? We're looking for motivated individuals interested in building experience in the travel industry while helping clients plan vacations that fit their interests, needs, and budgets.

What You'll Do

• Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
• Help clients compare travel options and make informed decisions
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, activities, and other trip components
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process
• Maintain organized client and reservation information
• Build relationships that encourage repeat travel and referrals
• Continue developing destination and supplier knowledge through ongoing training

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required
• Interest in travel, hospitality, or vacation planning
• Willingness to learn new systems and supplier platforms
• Reliable internet access and basic computer skills

Basic Requirements

• Must reside in US, LATAM, Australia, UK or EU
• Access to reliable internet connection

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training and ongoing professional development are provided.
