Youre eager to learn motivated and ready to apply your technical knowledge in practice.You bring· A technical education background.· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings wiring lists and electrical diagrams.· Experience with tools such as screwdrivers crimping tools soldering equipment multimeters and wrenches.· Good command of English to communicate in an international team.· Strong focus on safety and familiarity with ESD rules 6S and company procedures.· Accuracy responsibility and a hands‑on mindset.· Good communication skills and willingness to support or train others.· A proactive attitude you ask questions spot quality issues and contribute to improvements. Your Daily ResponsibilitiesYou will work in a modern clean environment assembling soldering and inspecting our products. You follow digital work instructions and use up‑to‑date assembly techniques suited to a high‑tech production setting.You will place electronic components onto printed circuit boards stuffing" PCBs based on work instructions or technical drawings. You prepare components by cutting bending and trimming them and you help ensure quality by inspecting completed PCBs. Quality is our top priority.Your Tasks also Include· Delivering products according to specifications and quality standards.· Following safety regulations IPC standards and company procedures.· Keeping the workspace safe clean and organized.· Collecting and inspecting materials blocking faulty components and ordering replacements.· Reading wiring lists instructions and electrical diagrams.· Assembling components into complete products and placing them in the buffer.· Checking orders for completeness and verifying wiring and cabinet assembly.· Supporting and training new colleagues and reviewing work quality.· Completing forms registering returns reporting finished products and updating changes.· Registering parts and remarks in the system.
