Vacation & Cruise Specialist

About the Role

Do you find yourself researching cruise ships, comparing resorts, or planning vacations just for fun? This role is an opportunity to turn that interest into helping travelers plan memorable getaways.

As a Vacation & Cruise Specialist, you'll research cruise vacations, resorts, destinations, accommodations, activities, and other travel experiences based on each traveler's interests and preferences. Training and resources are provided, so previous travel industry experience is not required.

What You'll Do

• Research cruise lines, ships, itineraries, ports, and cabin options
• Explore resorts and vacation destinations
• Compare travel options based on preferences, interests, and budgets
• Research excursions, activities, and destination experiences
• Organize travel information and vacation details
• Stay informed about supplier promotions and new travel offerings
• Participate in ongoing destination and supplier education
• Communicate clearly and professionally with travelers
