Legal Case Management / eDiscovery Specialist
VA CLAIM — contingent opportunity / expression of interest
Axyde Analytics, LLC is building a qualified candidate pool for potential work supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs Comprehensive Legal Assistance & Integrated Management (VA CLAIM) requirement, RFI 36C10X26Q0244. This is advance recruiting at the market-research stage. No contract award, funded vacancy, start date, minimum hours or employment offer is guaranteed.
Location: Nationwide US coverage; remote, contractor-site or VA-site work will depend on each future assignment. Midlothian, Virginia is Axyde’s recruiting base, not a promised duty station. Please state your geographic coverage and travel availability.
Potential responsibilities
Maintain case intake, electronic case records, status tracking, deadline controls and closeout documentation.
Support litigation holds, custodian coordination, document collection, processing, review workflows and production quality checks.
Prepare inventories and reports; protect sensitive information and preserve documented handling of electronic evidence.
What we are seeking
Demonstrated legal case-management or eDiscovery delivery experience with specific systems and project examples.
Practical knowledge of document lifecycle controls, quality assurance, access restrictions and records retention.
Federal legal support experience is preferred. Identify Relativity, Everlaw or comparable platform skills; forensic extraction expertise is optional and must be documented.
