Pamir Healthcare Services LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Aide to join our growing team in Ashburn, VA. Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in their homes
• Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition and hydration
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment
• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as required

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Personal Care Aide, Home Health Aide, or caregiver preferred
• Valid Virginia PCA certification or willingness to obtain one
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to help others
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Ashburn/Leesburg, VA area
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
