Role Name: UX/UI Graphic Production Specialist / Digital Production Designer

Work site: Miami, US (Remote)

Duration: 12+ Months

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Production Specialist to support a large-scale digital content migration initiative. This role is focused on the creation, adaptation, optimization, and management of digital creative assets across web and marketing channels. The ideal candidate has extensive experience working in high-volume creative production environments and possesses strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

This is a production-oriented design role emphasizing the execution of digital assets rather than UX strategy, research, or front-end development.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and optimize production-ready digital assets for web and marketing experiences.

Adapt existing creative assets into new formats and templates while maintaining brand consistency.

Perform image editing, retouching, resizing, optimization, and versioning for responsive digital experiences.

Support content migration efforts through asset preparation, organization, and delivery.

Manage digital assets and ensure proper file organization and version control.

Review and refine creative deliverables to ensure compliance with established brand guidelines and visual standards.

Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure assets meet technical specifications.

Support ongoing creative updates and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.

Deliver high-quality work within fast-paced, high-volume production environments.

Required Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Experience creating production-ready web graphics, digital assets, and marketing collateral.

Demonstrated expertise in:

Image editing and photo retouching

Asset creation and optimization

Digital asset management

Brand compliance and guideline adherence

Content migration support

Creative production workflows

Experience working within established luxury, hospitality, consumer, or enterprise brand standards.

Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
