Samsung is seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to design and optimize digital experiences across web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on Figma skills, expertise in user-centered design, and practical experience conducting usability testing to improve customer journeys and overall digital experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end user experiences across responsive websites and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
Plan, conduct, and analyze usability testing and user research sessions.
Translate customer feedback and testing insights into actionable design improvements.
Optimize customer journeys across discovery, purchase, and post-purchase experiences.
Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and adherence to established design systems.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and Analytics teams.
Support design reviews, QA, UAT, and post-launch experience optimization.
7+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience.
Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
Strong experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
Hands-on experience conducting usability testing and user research.
Expertise in wireframing, interaction design, and visual design.
Experience with user journeys, design systems, and accessibility standards.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple design initiatives independently.
Experience in eCommerce, D2C, or high-traffic transactional platforms.
Familiarity with Adobe XD, Sketch, Jira, and Confluence.
Experience optimizing digital customer experiences and conversion rates.
Work Arrangement: Candidates must be available to work onsite at least 4 days per week in Plano, TX.
