    General Summary

    The UX/UI Designer II is responsible for designing and optimizing digital experiences across Elevate's websites, landing pages, and customer-facing digital assets. This individual contributor role independently manages assigned design projects from concept through delivery while partnering with the Sr. UX/UI Designer to ensure alignment with customer experience strategy, brand standards, business objectives, and compliance requirements.

    This position works closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Development teams to create customer-centered digital experiences across Elevate brands. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills, user experience best practices, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. The Sr. UX/UI Designer maintains ownership of design strategy, prioritization, CRO strategy, and final design approval.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

    • Design websites, landing pages, and digital experiences using Figma while adhering to established design systems, brand standards, and accessibility requirements.
    • Independently manage assigned UX/UI projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
    • Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align customer needs with business objectives.
    • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders following review with the Sr. UX/UI Designer.
    • Review customer feedback, analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and usability findings to identify user experience improvements.
    • Translate research insights and stakeholder feedback into actionable design enhancements.
    • Support CRO and A/B testing initiatives through design execution and test implementation.
    • Build and maintain website pages in Webflow, including page creation, content updates, publishing, QA, and basic troubleshooting.
    • Partner directly with developers and ET teams to ensure successful implementation of approved designs.
    • Conduct QA reviews across devices and browsers to ensure usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.
    • Provide overflow support for email marketing initiatives through email mockup creation using established templates and frameworks.
    • Support agency partners by reviewing creative deliverables and providing design feedback.
    • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of design systems, documentation, and UX best practices.
    • Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, workflows, and design processes.

    Experience and Education

    • 3 to 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design, Web Design, Digital Product Design, or related fields.
    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
    • Equivalent combination of professional experience, certifications, and demonstrated portfolio work may be considered in lieu of a degree.
    • Experience designing responsive digital experiences for web and mobile environments.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, content, and development teams.
    • Experience working within established brand standards, design systems, and component libraries.
    • Experience supporting optimization testing, usability improvements, or conversion-focused digital initiatives preferred.
    • Experience working in regulated industries, fintech, financial services, or ecommerce environments is a plus.

    Required Skills, Abilities, Soft Skills Factors

    • Advanced proficiency in Figma
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Understanding of responsive design principles
    • Working knowledge of ADA and accessibility standards for digital experiences
    • Strong visual design, typography, and information architecture skills
    • Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
    • Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
    • Preferred Skill: Experience using WebFlow for website management and publishing
