Job Description

• Participating in meetings
• Managing your time
• Juggle multiple projects
• Juggle many meetings
• Work with other UX, UI and Content designers as well as PMs, Devs, and QA
• Use and elevate the Design system
• Work in Figma
• Present to stakeholders
• Calm under deadlines
• Track your work and deadlines

Required Skills (top 3 non-negotiables):

• Agile Experience – 2 Years minimum
• Figma skills
• Designing for mobile apps
• Self starter
• Only experience in UX, only experience in web responsive design
• Bachelor's degree
• Figma, Jira, Microsoft suite

Preferred Skills (nice to have):

• Case Management Experience – 3 years
• Organized and empathetic
• Presentation skills and PowerPoint
• Able to quickly iterate, AI experience, team player
