Our client, a (Tech industry), is looking to hire a (UX Researcher V) in (Menlo Park, CA/Seattle, WA/NYC, NY).
Responsibilities: - Plan and execute end-to-end UX research using appropriate qualitative and/or quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, concept testing).
- Develop research plans, discussion guides, and study materials aligned to project goals.
- Conduct analysis and synthesize findings into insights, frameworks, and recommendations.
- Must be very comfortable with utilizing AI tools in each phase of the research workflow
- Present research findings to stakeholders in clear, concise deliverables (readouts, reports, and/or workshops).
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Design, Content, Data Science) to inform product direction and improve user experience.
- Support rapid research cycles to inform iterative product development.
Requirements: Must-Have Skills- Strong quantitative research skills — designing, fielding, and analyzing large/complex surveys.
- Core UX research craft: method selection, translating findings into actionable product/design recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder influence — ability to build relationships with and present to leadership in a horizontal, collaborative org.
Nice-to-have Skills- Strong sense of curiosity; receptive to feedback; comfortable with ambiguity.
- Vendor/supplier management, including giving performance feedback. Mixed-method and qual depth; tracker build experience; Client AI familiarity; consumer/messaging domain.
