Pay Range: Job Summary:This role involves conducting regular usability studies with software developers to understand their experience with various product features. You will analyze findings, provide actionable recommendations, and communicate these insights to cross-functional teams to drive product improvements. The position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in applied research and significantly impact product development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute weekly usability studies with developer users.
- Analyze research data and formulate recommendations.
- Present research findings and debrief with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the team responsible for participant recruitment.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of surveys.
Must-Have Skills:
- Demonstrated understanding of user research methodologies.
- Experience conducting industry UX research.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
