UX Programs & Operations drives projects by increasing communication, streamlining the UX design process, and fostering a culture of user-centered development. You will join our multi-disciplinary UX team, collaborating with Engineering and Product Management, to create industry-leading products based on user insights.As a UX Program Manager, you will combine expert project management with a passion for user experience to improve the design of products used by billions. Your role is to plan projects, define milestones, assess risks, create actionable insights, and ensure deadlines are met. You will harmonize the work of various UX disciplines and cross-functional partners to drive team objectives and create innovative experiences.
In this leadership position, you will lead operational and strategic initiatives to deliver high-quality, user-centered experiences. Partnering with UX leadership, you will establish clear roadmaps and team cadences by defining scope and managing complex workflows. As a bridge between UX, Product, and Engineering, you will scale impact through cross-functional alignment and the orchestration of multiple UX disciplines to solve complex user problems from concept to launch. You will serve as the central communicator, overseeing project updates for executive leadership and stakeholders.
The Health Platforms and Devices team builds innovative products and services that help our users live longer, healthier lives. We bring together the best of Google technologies and AI, health behavior science, and user-centered design to help users organize the health and wellness data, get insight from it, and take action toward their health goals.
