    • 5+ years software design experience
    • BS degree in Design or Technology related field
    • Expert level experience: agile methodologies and software development processes
    • Expert level knowledge: Information Architecture
    • Expert level knowledge: design processes, sketching, wireframes
    • Expert level knowledge: web design and user experience, including accessibility
    • Advanced skills with User-Centric Design methods
    • Experience with User Research.
    • Ability to communicate to all levels of users (internal and external), strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive, willing to take ownership and to manage ambiguity
