Job Summary: UX Experience Architect / Researcher
Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite) | Contract: 6+ Months (Potential to Extend)

Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives to inform product direction and experience strategy.
- Develop personas, journey maps, and frameworks to guide experience decision-making.
- Conduct usability testing, design reviews, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
- Partner with business stakeholders, designers, and engineers to align user needs, business objectives, and technical realities.
- Uncover experience challenges, identify root causes, and drive practical solutions forward.
- Present research findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable manner.
- Pilot new tools and AI-enabled workflows to improve research and design efficiency.
- Stay curious and adaptable-explore how AI can enhance user experiences.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years in UX Design with proven leadership in UX Strategy.
- Strong background in UX Research and stakeholder management.
- Proficient in Human-Centered Design principles and experience synthesis.
- Experience collaborating within cross-functional, agile teams.
- Skilled in Figma for collaborative design and design reviews.
- Familiarity with Jira (or similar project management tools).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in UX, Design, HCI, Digital Strategy, Business, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered research or design tools.
- Willingness to experiment and adapt as AI evolves.
