As a UX Designer II, you'll partner closely with stakeholders across marketing, product, analytics, development, and executive leadership. You'll be part of the Digital Experience team, reporting directly to the Senior UX Designer.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end moderated remote usability testing, from defining hypotheses to running sessions and delivering insights, using tools like Lyssna
  • Translate research, analytics, and business requirements into UX deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and prototypes
  • Facilitate collaborative design workshops or co-creation sessions with cross-functional teams to explore and align on user needs and design directions.
  • Act as an advocate for UX best practices in a highly cross-functional team environment, guiding stakeholders away from pre-defined solutions and toward true user-centered problem solving
  • Present design concepts, research findings, and final recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Maintain and evolve the TimberTech design system by designing new components based on creative and UX needs, ensuring they work across responsive breakpoints; collaborate closely with developers through detailed handoff documentation and QA to ensure high-fidelity implementation
  • Work iteratively, incorporating feedback while maintaining a strong perspective on what's best for the user
  • Help shape the evolving design culture and processes at TimberTech

What You'll Bring:

Required Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of UX design experience, with at least 1-2 years working in-house at a company
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating UX problem-solving, research insights, and design thinking
  • Expertise in Figma for end-to-end design workflows, including designing responsive web experiences
  • Hands-on experience conducting usability research, including moderating sessions and synthesizing results
  • Comfortable working across the full UX process. From discovery, to wireframes, to prototypes
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills; able to build buy-in and alignment across teams
  • Experience using usability testing platforms like Lyssna or UserTesting
  • Strong understanding of web analytics and KPIs, with the ability to interpret user behavior data to identify friction points, spark curiosity around why trends are occurring, and generate hypotheses for A/B tests or UX improvements to drive desired outcomes

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Experience working in a CMS platform like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or EDS
  • Exposure to A/B testing tools like Adobe Target or VWO
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
