Description
Requirements
- 12 or more years of UX design experience creating complex digital solutions within heavily regulated financial services sectors.
- Proficiency in Figma for architecting design systems, component libraries, auto-layouts, and advanced interactive prototypes.
- Experience with designing user experiences natively within Salesforce environments such as Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience in leveraging AI design utilities including Claude Code and Claude Design to accelerate workflow prototyping.
- Experience with executing unmoderated and moderated usability studies and synthesizing metrics via UserTesting.com.
- Experience with interpreting front-end code structures including HTML, CSS, and component libraries built on React.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to defend design rationale before engineering, compliance, and executive teams.
Responsibilities
- Direct end-to-end user experience strategies across high-visibility financial applications and digital banking portals.
- Govern enterprise design system component architectures, versioning protocols, and documentation to ensure cross-product adoption.
- Design and prototype workflows within Salesforce cloud platforms to streamline complex customer account management.
- Utilize advanced design tools and AI-accelerated modeling to rapidly generate UI variations and validate interactions.
- Integrate regulatory requirements, audit trail tracking, and accessibility standards directly into production designs.
- Plan, execute, and synthesize user testing studies to transform customer feedback into actionable interface designs.
- Collaborate closely with software engineering and product teams to guarantee that all designs remain technically feasible.
