Job Title - UX Designer
Skills
Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
Expertise in information architecture, wireframing, interaction design, responsive design, and design systems.
Knowledge of conversational UX, AI explainability, human-in-the-loop workflows, and trust-centered interface design.
Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
Strong collaboration skills with business SMEs, Product owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams.
Excellent visual communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
Design human-centered experiences for Client''s Enterprise AI Agentic Platform, including AI agent interaction flows, dashboards, and workflow screens.
Create user personas, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, and design specifications.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand user needs, operational pain points, and adoption considerations across business lines.
Define UX patterns that support explainability, transparency, auditability, user control, and safe AI adoption.
Collaborate with UI developers and engineering teams to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
Conduct usability reviews and incorporate feedback from business users, product owners, security, and compliance stakeholders.
Maintain design consistency through reusable components, style guides, and accessibility checks.
Qualification
Bachelor''s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Experience, Computer Science, or related discipline.
6+ years of UX/UI design experience for enterprise applications, workflow platforms, or digital transformation programs.
Experience designing AI-assisted experiences, conversational interfaces, assistant workflows, dashboards, and role-based enterprise journeys.
Experience conducting user research, journey mapping, usability testing, accessibility reviews, and stakeholder design validation.
Exposure to insurance, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments preferred.
Ability to translate complex business processes into simple, intuitive, accessible digital experiences.
