UX Designer Intermediate -San Antonio

Key Responsibilities

• Create new user experience concepts using established design systems.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design solutions.
• Conduct and support user research to validate concepts and ideas.
• Execute designs through internal review and approval processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and uncover opportunities.
• Partner with developers, analysts, and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Support multiple workstreams, including Security, Profile, and Recovery initiatives.
• Evaluate customer feedback and research findings to improve products and experiences.

Required Skills
1. UX Design

• Minimum 4 years of UX Design experience
• Experience creating user-centered designs, wireframes, and prototypes

2. Design Ideation

• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Ability to generate innovative concepts and solutions for complex business challenges

3. Design Research

• Minimum 4 years of experience
• Experience conducting and supporting user research and validating design decisions through research findings
