What You'll Do as a UV Print Machine Operator:- Set up and operate UV printing equipment, including loading inks and adjusting machine settings
- Load, position, and align materials for accurate printing production
- Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and machine performance during production runs
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting on UV printing equipment
- Enter production data, job information, and maintenance records into Epicor
- Organize and prioritize print jobs to meet production schedules and deadlines
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, and safety procedures while supporting process improvements
What You Need to Bring to the UV Print Machine Operator Role:- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of manufacturing experience
- Minimum of 3 months of UV printing experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English
- Basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify print quality issues
- Basic equipment troubleshooting and maintenance skills preferred
- Knowledge of color management, printing processes, or graphic arts is a plus
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Ability to wear required PPE, including eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection
