Utility Technician

Job Description: The Utility Technician will support the production, assembly, repair, and testing of full-pressure helmets and related life support equipment. Responsibilities include supporting helmet production from shell lay-up and surface finishing through component integration and final testing, assembling and disassembling high-altitude helmets, performing repairs and overhauls, and conducting pressure retention/leak and static pressure testing. This position will also support visor and sunshade production, use hand and power tools, precision measuring equipment, shop machinery, paint sprayers, and various test equipment, maintain production records and inventory, and work with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Government Inspectors as needed.
