    The Opportunity:

    As a Utility Services Coordinator, you will take full ownership of the utility process, everything from getting new accounts set up to keeping residents informed and vendors in the loop. This is a role for someone who thrives on structure, moves fast, and genuinely enjoys being the person people turn to when something needs fixing.

     

    A Day in This Role Might Include:

    • Managing utility onboarding, account changes, and troubleshooting from start to finish
    • Keeping the utilities database clean, current, and reliable
    • Fielding daily calls and emails with residents and utility providers
    • Supporting colleagues and leadership on utility-related needs
    • Processing utility billing, working through liens, and handling related business tasks
    • Learning and applying state and local utility regulations
    • Balancing several priorities at once without missing a deadline

     

    What You'll Need to Succeed:

    • A high school diploma or equivalent
    • Two or more years in a general office setting (property management or HOA background is a strong plus)
    • Comfort using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Sharp attention to detail and a naturally organized approach
    • A self-starter mindset; you spot what needs doing and get to it
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects and still hit deadlines
    • A steady, confident communication style, even when things get busy

    Where and When You'll Work:

    This position is based out of our client's Dallas, TX office, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends during busier stretches.
