Cargo Manifest for cargo being sent off shore Make listing for all incoming equipment Make forms for all upcoming jobs Complete diesel tickets before fueling job starts to ensure accurate information Make out lube tickets Monthly inventory Weekly tank inventory Track waste oil and filter drums Certified Crane Operator qualified Certified Forklift Operator qualified Daily and weekly inspections on cranes hysters and forklifts Gauge bulk product tanks daily Terminal inspections . Tank inspections Containment inspections Table top exercise 33 CFR 154 Regulation - Person in Charge PIC qualified. Utility III thru Utility V only Hazwoper trained and endorsed Utility III thru Utility V only Boom inspections And all other job duties assigned Job Requirements To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
