The client is hiring Utility Operators to work in a fast-paced production environment, supporting safe and efficient operations of equipment and utility systems.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience operating utility systems preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and follow safety policies
Key Responsibilities
- Operate loader, backhoe, and skid steer safely and efficiently
- Perform groundwork and general labor tasks
- Follow road construction best practices and maintain site awareness
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues as needed
- Monitor utility systems and adjust for efficiency
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies
- Assist with additional duties as required
