Utility Position Available for Immediate HireHours: 3:00pm - 11:30pm Monday thru FridayCompensation $22/hrHM Solutions is looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our utility team.The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises.Responsibilities:Indoor/Outdoor CleaningEmptying trash bins from hoppers (40+lbs.)Remove residual debris from the hopperMaintain cleanliness of all docksKeep parking lot free of trashRecycling cardboardStripping/Waxing floorsWindow cleaningRequirements:Cleaning and Utility cleaning experience helpful but not requiredMandatory weekend overtime as neededThis position may also be cross-trained on janitorial duties.Benefits:Health, Dental and Vision after 60 days 401K after 90 daysFull time employees 1 week paid vacation after 1 full year of service Sick time accrued each pay period
