Qualification Requirements:
Key Responsibilities- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks or equipment
- Operate basic tools and machinery (training provided if needed)
- Clean and prepare job sites, warehouses, or work areas
- Follow instructions from supervisors and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Maintain safety standards and use protective equipment as required
- Assemble or disassemble materials or equipment
- Support other team members as needed
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, not always required)
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (often 25–50+ lbs)
- Basic understanding of safety procedures
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment- Involve outdoor work
- Exposure to varying weather conditions, noise, dust, or machinery
- Requires standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements
