JOB SUMMARYThe Utilities Manager provides supervision, leadership, planning, managing and the coordination of the activities of the Water Distribution, Water Production, Water Quality, Wastewater Treatment, and Collection Systems. Responsibilities include daily management of the Backflow Prevention Program, Water Conservation Program, and Sanitary Sewer Overflow Program and provide technical advice on all types of Utility projects. QUALIFICATIONSEducation and Experience:Must have a minimum of 3 years of budgetary experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial position. Minimum 10 years of experience working with or in Public Works projects.Special Requirements:Must possess a valid Texas Class "C" driver's license or higher.
