Payrate: $40/hr - $45/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Utilities Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot critical and clean utility systems within an aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The role will perform preventive/corrective maintenance and ensure reliable utility operations in compliance with GMP and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical and clean utility systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures, alarms, and system performance issues.
• Maintain and troubleshoot WFI, Purified Water, Clean Steam, Process Gases, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Chilled Water systems.
• Service pumps, valves, heat exchangers, filtration systems, piping, and mechanical equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and utility system walkdowns.
• Support shutdowns, repairs, startups, and return-to-service activities.
• Complete work orders and maintenance records using CMMS.
• Follow GMP, SOP, safety, and change-control requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Utilities maintenance experience within an aseptic/GMP pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with clean/critical utility systems.
• Understanding of CMMS/work-order systems.
• Ability to work the required night shift.
