UT Health East Physicians, CVC Clinic is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner (or physician assistant) to join our cardiology team at UT Health Athens and our Cardiovascular Clinic.
About the Position:
- 2-5 years of cardiology experience required
- Combination of inpatient and outpatient clinic responsibilities
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.; Friday, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
- Patient load: 15-20 patients per day
- Split schedule between UT Health Athens in the mornings and the Cardiology Clinic in the afternoons
- Inpatient responsibilities include performing consults, evaluating ED patients, and overseeing stress tests
- Outpatient responsibilities include evaluating new and established patients with cardiac conditions and performing comprehensive history and physical examinations
- Additional shifts are available and compensated
- Collaborate with two cardiologists
