What You'll Do
As an Event Usher and Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for
- Greeting guests and providing a warm, welcoming experience
- Assisting with seating directions, event information, and general guest questions
- Monitoring assigned areas to help ensure safety, cleanliness, and a great guest experience
- Responding to guest concerns, and escalating issues to supervisors when needed
- Directing vehicles to appropriate parking areas while managing traffic flow safely
