Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

May include, but not limited to:

• Check all tickets and make sure they are valid with the right date

• applying wristbands or handstamps as required per event

• Direct patrons to seat, ATM, restrooms, Box office, Security, Guests relations, etc

• Be courteous to ALL patrons

• Perform Security screening processes; screening techniques of Magnetometer scans, Handwand scans, pat downs, and bag checks when Security has been re-positioned for the event

• Make sure that no outside food or unexplained packages are admitted into facility during an event

• Ensure no alcohol leaves the facility

• Have flashlight available to use when needed

• Watch section and enforce the NO smoking policy

• After the event, check in area for lost and found, turn in at office, assure that outside doors are secured

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Available to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (Occasional morning shifts per event type) 

• Able to work alone, or in a team environment

• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more

• Able to stoop and bend

• Able to lift up to 40 pounds from time to time

• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment

• Able to comply with safety and health code standards

• Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
