Title: User Researcher /Customer Experience
Location: Fond du Lac, WI (Hybrid – Approximately 3 Days Onsite Every OtherMonth)
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours
Hire Type: 3 Month Contract with Possible Extension

This role will focus on reviewing customer submitted videos, product reviews, and user generated content to identify strong marketing assets and support upcoming campaigns and brand storytelling efforts.
The team is looking for candidates with experience in areas such as:
- Customer insights or customer experience
