Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency is seeking a User Interface (UI) Automated Test Engineer to join our Client's team.

Position Responsbilities:

This position is for a User Interface (UI) Automated Test Engineer. The candidate will be responsible for software development in Java, C++, and Python languages for the User Interface (UI). Under minimal direction, the Automated Test Engineer will assist in designing and implementing an automated testing framework for the suite of UI products. The successful candidate should have knowledge of automated testing, understanding test requirements, and developing test scripts using the Python language.

Basic Qualifications:

The Automated Test Engineer will have good verbal and written communication skills, have the ability to work independently as well as a part of a team and will be required to work in a highly dynamic environment.   

Required Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of Automated Testing.
• Basic understanding with Git/Gitlab.Knowledge of common software development and management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
• Familiarity with software engineering and Python development.
• Willingness to take on unanticipated tasking.
• Generally has 1+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.

Desired Technical Skills:

• Familiarity with Eclipse, VS Code, Maven, Gradle, ClearCase, Jenkins, PyAutoGUI, Tesseract.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is highly desired.
• Security + certification is desired.
• Experience using the Selenium framework to test web applications.

Security Clearance Required: Secret
