    Description

    Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a User Experience Researcher for a position in Gahanna, OH.

    • Support strategic customer and employee experience initiatives focused on emerging digital capabilities, artificial intelligence, and customer-centered product development.
    • Partner with Product, Technology, Design, and business stakeholders to identify user needs, validate solutions, and deliver insights that inform product and experience decisions.
    • Plan and conduct UX research activities including interviews, surveys, usability testing, workshops, and concept validation.
    • Facilitate stakeholder, discovery, and design thinking workshops to identify needs, align teams, and explore solution opportunities.
    • Analyze findings and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Develop research deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and research summaries.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
    • Support customer-centered decision making through evidence-based recommendations.
    • Independently conduct research activities while also supporting the UX lead with research planning, participant recruitment, facilitation, analysis, and synthesis efforts.

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of UX research experience.
    • Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
    • Strong research, synthesis, and communication skills.
    • Experience working with product, technology, and business stakeholders.
    • Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Human Factors, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Science, Design Research, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience preferred. Without an associates degree, at least 4 years experience is required; with a HS Diplioma/GED, at least 6 years experience is required.

     

    Preferred

    • Experience with digital products, customer experience, or emerging technologies.
    • Familiarity with AI-enabled products and services.
