Required Qualifications7+ years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, Interaction Designer, or related role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design impact.At least 4 years of experience designing either:oAd Tech, Retail Media, Marketing Technology, Ecommerce, Analytics, or Measurement platformsORoAI-powered / AI-enabled product experiences, including decision-support tools, recommendation systems, automation workflows, or explainable AI experiences.Deep expertise in either domain is acceptable; candidates are not required to have both AI and Ad Tech experience.Proven experience leading complex, ambiguous product design initiatives as a senior individual contributor from discovery through delivery.Strong ability to translate complex technical, data, business, AI, or decisioning logic into intuitive workflows, explainable insights, decision-support experiences, and compelling product narratives.Experience designing complex workflows, data-rich interfaces, dashboards, reporting tools, recommendations, alerts, notifications, or other insight-driven experiences.Advanced proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including Figma.Demonstrated ability to use research, data, insights, and business context to inform design direction, communicate rationale, and influence cross-functional partners.
