User Experience Designer II - UX Design
Pay: $50-$52/hr
Location: Urbandale, IA
Contract: 1-Year
Open to fully remote candidates.
We’re looking for a UX Designer with hands-on experience designing digital experiences for web and/or mobile products. This role is focused on true UX/product design rather than primarily graphic design, so we’re seeking someone who can clearly speak to their design process and their individual contributions to projects.
What You’ll Do:
- Create high-quality user experience designs for digital products.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design specifications.
- Apply user-centered design methodologies throughout the design process.
- Incorporate brand standards and common design guidelines into products.
- Maintain and contribute to style guides and design consistency.
- Translate research and analytics insights into effective visual designs.
- Design clean, usable digital interfaces across multiple form factors.
- Collaborate in a team environment to turn concepts into effective solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of product/UX design experience.
- Hands-on Figma experience.
- Experience designing for websites and/or mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to clearly explain your design process, project responsibilities, and portfolio work.
