Description
Pay range:
$30-32/hr on W2 for Charlotte, NC location
$40-42/hr on W2 for New York, NY location
Hybrid: Three days per week in-office, including a mandatory anchor day of Tuesday;the remaining two in-office days are flexible and chosen by the employee

Qualifications
- 1-3 years’experience developing and facilitating virtual and in-person training and learning solutions.
- Prior customer service or project management experience is preferred.
- Education: Knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in education, instructional design or communications is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write and present engaging and clear technical instructions.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable learning and using new technology platforms. Experience with or knowledge of learning management system administration is preferred. Innovation and
