Description

Job Title: UA Data Analyst
The Opportunity
The User Acquisition Data Analyst will support an established mobile growth marketing analytics function during a team member's leave. This role focuses on maintaining recurring reporting and forecasting, delivering ad-hoc analysis to guide campaign and creative optimization, and ensuring dashboards and data pipelines remain accurate and reliable. Additional responsibilities may include dashboard development and data modeling as capacity allows.
This is a hands-on role suited for an analyst who can ramp up quickly, work independently in a live user acquisition environment, and maintain existing reporting processes with minimal onboarding.
What Your Impact Will Be
  • Manage recurring UA reporting, including daily performance monitoring, weekly performance reviews, weekly budget pacing for Finance, and monthly reporting covering cost, CPI, installs, retention, and revenue by channel, platform, and geography.
  • Translate reporting into actionable insights on channel efficiency, media mix, and optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with UA and Finance on forecasting, including paid CPI estimates and daily, weekly, and monthly budget and paid-install projections.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to guide campaign and creative optimization, including statistical-significance checks on IPM, CTR, CVR, and ROAS.
  • Maintain data integrity by reconciling information across attribution platforms, Firebase, SKAN, and app store consoles.
  • Troubleshoot dashboard, automated-reporting, and MMP configuration issues while supporting data pipeline health in collaboration with data and platform teams.
  • Develop new Mixpanel, Looker Studio, and Tableau dashboards as capacity allows and support new data-model design.
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics or data science supporting mobile user acquisition.
  • Advanced SQL skills, ideally BigQuery, with the ability to work independently in a live data environment from day one.
  • Strong dashboarding and data-visualization skills in Tableau, Looker Studio, and/or Mixpanel.
  • Solid understanding of mobile user acquisition metrics and attribution, including MMP data, SKAN, and app store reporting.
  • Ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights for UA, Finance, and leadership audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with hybrid monetization models (IAP + IAA) and mobile gaming user behavior.
  • Python or R experience for statistical modeling and automation.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests, geo-lift, or incrementality studies.
  • Familiarity with data reconciliation across multiple attribution sources and consistent taxonomy standards.
Pay Range: $55.00–$60.00 per hour
