USED VEHICLE SALES

Midway Chevrolet is looking for several outgoing and Customer Service Oriented Used Vehicle Sales Associates to join our team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Engagement: Greet lot and showroom visitors warmly, listen to their needs, and match them with the right pre-owned vehicles.
• Product Demonstrations: Explain vehicle features, history reports, and warranty options clearly.
• Test Drives: Accompany prospects on test drives following safety and identification protocols.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate pricing, present financing options, and close sales in a transparent, professional manner.
• Paperwork and Delivery: Complete accurate sales orders, submit financing paperwork, and deliver the vehicle to the customer.
• Follow-Up: Maintain communication with buyers after the sale to secure referrals and repeat business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail or automotive sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, active listening, and basic computer/CRM proficiency.
• Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
• Valid unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• 1 year + of Vehicle Sales experience
• We do drug-screening upon hiring!
• Bilingual a plus
