Used Truck Sales Representative

Position Summary:

Under the supervision of the Used Truck Sales Manager, the Used Truck Salesman is responsible for selling used equipment, revenue generation, and achieving customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sale of used trucks of all varieties in stock. Trucks include a variety of used commercial vehicles including conventional trucks, Freightliner trucks, heavy duty trucks, medium duty trucks, day cab trucks, class 8 highway trucks and commercial truck tractors. 

• Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face-to-face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, e-mail and networking. 
• Maintains detailed and accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities. 
• Gathers and submits detailed business information for pricing and presents solutions to identified prospects. 
• Able to write accurate used truck appraisals.

• Driver'slicensein good standing
• Helps to maintain the Used Truck lot.
