Oversee all used vehicle operations, including purchasing, appraisals, merchandising, pricing, and inventory management
Maximize gross profit while maintaining turn-rate efficiency
Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth, customer-focused process
Monitor market trends and leverage tools for competitive pricing
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
Proven experience as a Used Car Manager in a dealership environment
Strong appraisal and acquisition skills (auctions, trades, private purchases)
Ability to manage inventory and pricing in a high-volume environment
Leadership skills with a focus on training, accountability, and team success
