We are searching for a proven automotive professional with strong leadership skills, desking ability, inventory management experience, and a track record of driving sales and gross profit. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and grow used vehicle inventory
Desk deals and assist sales team in closing transactions
Work directly with lenders and finance department
Appraise trades and manage acquisition strategy
Drive profitability while maintaining strong customer satisfaction
Train and motivate sales staff
Monitor inventory aging, pricing, and merchandising
REQUIREMENTS:
Automotive dealership management experience required
Strong desking and closing skills
Used car inventory and appraisal experience preferred
Leadership mentality with strong communication skills
Must be organized, motivated, and performance driven
