Description:
ASSISTANT MANAGER ROLE:
A supervisory role with healthcare experience preferred for Environmental Services (EVS), managing about 12-14 housekeepers on 2nd shift (also 3rd shift guidance as they start toward end of 2nd shift). Floorcare experience also preferred (knowledge and ability to strip, wax floors). Other responsibilities include but not limited to scheduling staff, covering all areas of the hospital for EVS dept., leading team huddles, working closely with housekeepers and hospital staff, inspecting for cleanliness, patient rounding and responding to EVS request.
