    The Operations position is primarily responsible for maintaining merchandise inventory and coordinating product resupply or managing patron flow and assisting guests throughout the shopping experience, while ensuring all service meets Club standards.

    Pay Rate: $14.00/hr

    Essential Functions of the Job

    Operations employees may be assigned to a variety of work areas based on operational needs. Examples of these assignments include, but are not limited to, the following:

    Operations - Resupply

    • Manages product supply levels to decrease resupply time while ensuring merchandise is delivered to appropriate display.
    • Communicates necessary resupply quantities by size, style and color with the Assistant Supervisor.
    • Directs Tournament Merchandise Stockers to open storage cartons, prepare merchandise for presentation and deliver merchandise to the appropriate display.
    • Assists in ensuring the safety, cleanliness and presentation of a specified retail and/or storage space.

    Operations - Patron Flow

    • Manage the flow of patrons in and around the shop throughout the day.
    • Answer any questions patrons have about the Masters, merchandise or directions around the shop or course.
    • Assist in data collection to understand closures and peak patron density times.

    Other Duties and Responsibilities

    • Maintains the confidentiality of all Club business.
    • Greets and directs all members, players, caddies and patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
    • Demonstrates a commitment to upholding professional standards in the work environment.
    • Performs all other duties assigned by management deemed to be an integral part of the job.
    • Attends mandatory orientation and training sessions.
    • Required to work schedule as defined by department to include holidays, weekends and overtime as needed.

    Qualifications/Skills/Knowledge/Attributes

    (required unless stated otherwise)

    • Prior experience demonstrating proficiency in developing or communicating order quantities is preferred.
    • Prior management experience is preferred.
    • Strong time management skills to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Displays interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
    • Ability to work in conditions that may include heat, cold, rain or other adverse conditions.
    • Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
    • Displays integrity and sincerity interacting with others.
