Job Description:

Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Midland, TX
Duration: 0-12+ Months
Shift: 3rd shift 8pm to 8am
Pay: $30.00/Hour

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and repair equipment used in the production of poly pipe
Support installation, upgrades, maintenance, and inspection of control systems to improve performance and reliability
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment during emergencies
Prepare reports on machine faults and errors to build and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
Work independently and as part of a team to minimize machine outages and production stoppages
Ensure equipment reliability and quality standards are met to support customer requirements

Qualifications
·High school diploma or equivalent
·Minimum 3 years’experience in a maintenance or service technician role involving mechanical and electronic repairs
·Strong mechanical abilities
·Experience with PLC, HMI, VFD, controls electronics, or CNC controls
·Background in electrical/electronic repair within an industrial environment
·Knowledge of automation systems in manufacturing or industrial settings
·Ability to disassemble, diagnose, and reassemble equipment safely and efficiently
·Familiarity with predictive maintenance and advanced diagnostic tools
·Strong communication skills to translate technical information clearly
