Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in Oracle.
• Review and validate requisitions before PO creation.
• Confirm supplier setup and availability in Oracle.
• Support production meetings by preparing PO and part status reports.
• Manage Blanket Purchase Orders and handle supplier interactions.
• Communicate with suppliers to request quotes and expedite materials.
• Maintain documentation for auditability and PO attachments.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Oracle OSCAR and/or Oracle PASCAL.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sourcing.
• English language proficiency.

Preferences

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Background in service, repair, or maintenance environments.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar modern ERP systems.
