Job Description:
Title:                   Services Specialist
Location:           The Woodlands, TX 77380
Shift:                  8 am - 5 pm ( M - F)
Duration:           0-12+ Month
Pay:                    $25-$28/Hour  

Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating end-to-end delivery execution in a manufacturing environment, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Works cross-functionally with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and operations teams to manage inventory constraints, resolve delivery exceptions, and support shipping and documentation processes.

• Manage and prioritize daily deliveries, including high-priority orders
• Create and process deliveries in SAP following completion of requirements
• Evaluate and coordinate product modifications prior to shipment
• Review inventory availability and collaborate with buyers on stock and safety stock usage
• Coordinate with warehouse and shop teams to pull and stage materials
• Manage shipping details, including methods, schedules, and special requirements
• Resolve logistics issues (e.g., address changes, incoterms, export documentation)
• Create and maintain system transactions 
• Process classification requests and support invoicing activities
• Communicate with stakeholders to resolve unclear instructions and ensure delivery accuracy

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred)

Preferred Industry Experience

• Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry experience
