    Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

    Location(s): Raleigh, NC
    (Hybrid: 1–2 days per week as needed)


    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to support the Revenue Operations team for a 2-month contract. This role focuses heavily on CRM data management, data quality, and sales operations support. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Salesforce, managing large datasets, and ensuring data accuracy while supporting the sales organization throughout the sales lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Perform CRM data management, including importing, exporting, updating, and maintaining customer records.
    • Execute mass updates and data cleanup activities within Salesforce while understanding downstream impacts.
    • Review, validate, and maintain customer and sales-related information to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
    • Support onboarding and compliance activities for prospective and new customers.
    • Assist the Sales team with preparing, collecting, and processing required documentation.
    • Review contracts and generate/process sales orders.
    • Respond to customer order-related inquiries.
    • Audit sales databases to ensure consistency, reliability, and data integrity.
    • Collaborate with data governance teams to maintain data quality standards.
    • Support Global Sales Operations initiatives and provide excellent internal customer service.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Strong experience working with data, including data cleansing, validation, and mass updates.
    • Experience using CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is highly preferred.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Strong customer service mindset.
    • Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
    • Experience coordinating across multiple teams and functions.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving abilities.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Data Quality, or a related function.
    • 1+ year of Salesforce CRM experience.
    • Experience with CRM data enrichment tools.
    • Experience working in a high-growth technology company.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Work Schedule:

    • Hybrid (Preferred): Local candidates who can work from the office 1–2 days per week as needed.
    • Hours: 08:00 AM – 06:00 PM EST.
